At Siam Retreat we truly care about your experience and strive to provide the highest quality massage treatments in a welcoming and relaxing environment.

If for any reason you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied during your session, we kindly ask that you let us know **within the first 15 minutes**, so we can address your concerns immediately. This gives us the opportunity to either adjust the treatment or stop the session if necessary.

Please understand that complaints raised only after the session has been completed may not be eligible for a full refund. However, we are always happy to listen and will do our best to offer a fair and considerate resolution based on each individual case.
